Mechanical Assembly
EMC can perform mechanical assembly, either partially assembling your product or full assembly and turn key solutions for your product.
Surface Mount Assembly - lead free
EMC uses high speed Juki pick and place machines with multi-zone ovens that allow the use of lead-free solder with your printed circuit boards. We can also offer BGA, QFN and CSP placement and replacement services.
IC Programming
For small runs we can load your code onto most types of integrated circuits.
Through hole assembly
Our through hole assembly services make use of both manual assembly and use of a double wave soldering machine for larger runs.
Testing and QA
EMC uses functional and electrical testing techniques to ensure the quality of our work and your products to be sure that everything is delivered in working order.

Prototyping services
Many of our clients make use of our prototyping services, creating one-off proof of concept boards or low volume runs of test boards for your research and development process and pre-production testing. EMC can assist research institutes, government agencies and educational institutions with development of boards for scientific applications.
Component management and procurement
For ongoing production, EMC can handle the procurement of components from our existing relationships with quality suppliers. Our component library includes many common components held on hand. EMC will competently manage stock on your behalf, including secure storage and sourcing of components.
Reworking services
Our team is skilled in many forms of rework and PCB modification for existing products. If your product requires modifications, upgrades or remedial work to replace a component, our team has the ability to carry this out cost effectively and reliably.
